Responsibilities

Oversee the entire project lifecycle from initiation to closure, ensuring rigorous adherence to timelines, budget constraints, and quality standards.
Provide strong leadership across multiple teams, including Product, Engineering, Design, Legal, Marketing, and Customer Support, ensuring seamless coordination and collaboration.
Develop and implement detailed project plans, setting clear goals, defining deliverables, and ensuring alignment with Niural’s strategic objectives.
Develop a deep understanding of Niural’s products and features to ensure projects are aligned with product capabilities and customer needs.
Write clear and detailed user stories, and ensure all project activities follow Agile methodologies including Scrum practices to deliver iterative and responsive solutions.
Proactively identify potential risks, develop comprehensive mitigation strategies, and ensure contingency plans are in place to prevent project derailment.
Maintain clear, consistent, and rigorous communication with stakeholders at all levels, including detailed status reports, progress updates, and escalation of issues as necessary.
Continuously evaluate and refine project management processes, implementing best practices and driving operational excellence across all project teams.
Ensure that all project deliverables meet the highest standards of quality, reliability, and performance through rigorous testing and validation processes.
Strategically allocate resources, including team members, budget, and tools, to maximize efficiency and project success, while anticipating future resource needs.
Implement robust tracking mechanisms to monitor project performance, using metrics and KPIs to drive data-informed decision-making.
Lead the change management process, ensuring that any changes to project scope or objectives are rigorously evaluated, documented, and communicated to all stakeholders.

You have a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues, with a track record of successfully navigating challenges and mitigating risks before they impact project outcomes.
You thrive in dynamic environments, demonstrating the ability to adapt quickly to changing circumstances, manage multiple priorities, and maintain focus on project goals despite obstacles.
You have a strong understanding of project management methodologies, including Agile and Scrum, and are committed to continuous improvement and process optimization.
