Niural Referral Program - Terms & Conditions

By participating in the Niural Referral Program, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Niural reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice.

1. Eligibility

The referred person/company must be a new customer who has never engaged with Niural before. The referral must be submitted via the official referral form on Niural's website.

2. Referral Reward & Payout

The reward amount is up to $2,500 USD per successful referral, depending on the referred company's size, services subscribed to, and contract duration. A referral is considered successful when: The referred company completes onboarding and makes at least one payment through Niural. The referred company remains an active customer for a minimum of 120 days after signup. Rewards will be paid out within 30 days after the eligibility conditions are met. Payouts will be made via bank transfer, account credit, or another Niural-approved method.

3. Restrictions

Self-referrals or referring entities in which the referrer has a direct ownership stake are not eligible. If multiple people refer the same company, the reward will go to the first person who submitted the referral. Fraudulent, Random or suspicious activity, including fake referrals or misuse of the program, will result in immediate disqualification and potential legal action.

4. Program Modifications & Termination

Niural reserves the right to modify, pause, or terminate the referral program at any time for any reason without prior notice. Any referral submitted before program termination will still be honored if it meets the eligibility criteria.

5. General Conditions

Referral rewards are subject to applicable taxes. It is the referrer's responsibility to report any earnings as required by local tax laws. Participation in this program does not establish any formal business partnership, employment, or agency relationship between the referrer and Niural.
