Please clearly indicate that you are lodging a complaint when you contact us. This ensures that your issue follows the appropriate process and allows us to resolve it promptly.

On receiving your complaint, we will promptly acknowledge it via email. We will then thoroughly investigate the matter and provide a response within a few days, though this process may take up to 15 business days.
