Responsibilities

• Lead the development of the Niural crypto payments on various blockchains managing the full software development life cycle
• Write thorough unit tests for all smart contract, backend, and frontend functionality
• Identify and resolve performance and reliability issues
• Be responsible for seamlessly integrating crypto payments with existing Fiat Payment rails.

• Demonstrable experience building on Ethereum and Solana and an understanding of best practices and design patterns
• Extensive experience managing the software development life cycle for medium to large projects
• Driven and curious about the future of DeFi and smart contract engineering
• Experience setting up integrated development platforms using hardhat or truffle.
• Experience working with various web3 frontend and backend libraries
• Experience working with Python and React and a considerable amount of experience working as a full-stack developer.

There are 4 steps to the process:

• Initial Screen - 30 mins
• Technical Interview - 45 minutes
• Practical Programming Interview - 2 hours
• Behavioral Interview - 45 min

You will then receive the offer decision.
