As a Content Writer at Niural, you will play a pivotal role in crafting compelling and engaging content that aligns with the company’s mission and goals. You will be responsible for creating various types of content to attract, inform, and engage our target audience while maintaining Niural’s tone and brand voice.

• Create high-quality, original content such as blogs, articles, newsletters, social media posts, and press releases, and develop content for marketing campaigns, emails, and website landing pages.
• Write case studies, white papers, and thought leadership articles based on the company’s expertise.
• Research industry trends, audience behavior, and competitors to generate content ideas, and work with the marketing team to ensure content supports company goals.
• Apply SEO best practices to content to improve organic reach, and ensure all content aligns with Niural’s brand, tone, and messaging guidelines.
• Edit and proofread content for accuracy, consistency, and proper grammar.
• Work with the design team to create visually appealing content and collaborate with product managers and sales teams to produce content that meets business goals.
• Partner with HR to create content for employer branding initiatives.
• Monitor content performance, suggest improvements, and use feedback to enhance content engagement and effectiveness.
• Manage content calendars for timely delivery, assist with scripts for videos, podcasts, or webinars, and contribute to internal documentation or training materials as needed.

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in content writing or a related role.
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Familiarity with SEO principles and content management systems (e.g., WordPress).
• Ability to adapt writing style to suit various audiences and platforms.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or Ahrefs.
• Experience writing for the tech or SaaS industry.
• Basic understanding of graphic design or video editing tools.
