About the job

The HR Executive will play a vital role in driving the organization’s human resources functions, encompassing HR administration, talent acquisition, employee lifecycle management, performance evaluation, employee engagement initiatives, and adherence to compliance standards. This position is instrumental in optimizing HR processes, fostering a collaborative and inclusive workplace culture, and aligning HR strategies with the organization’s broader goals to enhance overall operational efficiency and employee satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Manage employee records and HR databases, handle payroll, leave management, and attendance, ensuring compliance with policies and labor laws.
  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding, including IT setups and exit interviews, and manage HR-related communications.
  • Develop job descriptions, post job advertisements, source and screen candidates, conduct interviews, and collaborate with hiring managers for efficient recruitment.
  • Prepare and update employment contracts, offer letters, and appointment letters, ensure timely verification of employee documentation, and manage benefits enrollment.
  • Assist in performance management by coordinating reviews, guiding managers and employees on setting objectives, and analyzing performance data for improvement.
  • Plan and execute employee engagement activities, conduct surveys to measure satisfaction, and support learning and development programs.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies, and work with legal advisors during audits or disputes.
  • Generate HR reports, analyze key metrics, and use data to make informed HR decisions.
  • Identify training needs, coordinate learning programs, monitor their effectiveness, and support career development through mentorship and upskilling opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field with 1–3 years of experience in HR executive roles or similar positions.
  • Proficient in HR management systems (HRMS), recruitment tools, and analyzing HR data to create actionable reports.
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills in English (written and verbal).
  • Comprehensive understanding of labor laws, HR best practices, performance management frameworks, and compliance standards.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to handle confidential information and multitask effectively while managing time efficiently.
  • Proactive and solution-driven, with a willingness to adapt to new HRIS tools and work both independently and within a team.
