1. Employee I-9 form 

As part of our new feature, when you set an employee's hire date to a future date, the employee will be prompted to complete the I-9 form. This form is essential for verifying identity and employment authorization in the U.S. Once the employee signs the I-9 document, you as the employer can either follow the Niural process or upload the completed I-9 form for your employees. This feature ensures compliance with legal requirements, streamlines the onboarding process, and helps you stay organized by prompting new hires to complete necessary documentation on time.

2. OCR in Niural Pay Vendor payment

Enhance your reporting capabilities with our new customizable payroll journal reports. You can now tailor reports to fit your needs, choosing from various formats including summary and detailed views, and downloading them in either PDF or CSV formats to best suit your analysis methods.

3. Niural Pay QuickBooks Integration

We are excited to announce the integration of Niural Pay with QuickBooks (QB), in addition to the existing payroll and contractor payments integrations. This integration helps you keep all your records up-to-date by synchronizing Niural Pay with QuickBooks. It streamlines your accounting processes, ensuring that all financial data is accurately maintained and easily accessible, enhancing overall efficiency and accuracy in record-keeping.

4. Employer-Led Onboarding
